As a contractor for 10 years I developed a lot of skills, hired / fired employees and now mostly work alone. I’m happier than ever not because of the work alone thou. Over the last 10 years, I have created multiple income streams complementary to my construction business. Now I don’t need to worry about the slow season, the economy or catashophy (pandaemics, etc).

I decided for 2024 I would share my experiences with the greater contractor community so you can learn from my mistakes, good luck, and skill.
